Season 1
The show begins on 9th of October, 2008 with episode “Out Here in the Fields”. The show also prepared the pilot episode titled “Hit and Run”, but it was not aired. Every episode starts with a monologue from Sam, where he describes his situation. In the first episode, Sam Tyler and his on and off the job partner, NYPD Detective Maya Daniels, are close to catching a murderer Colin Raimes. But later on Raimes is released on a strong alibi. Daniels decides to track him down all alone and goes missing. While Sam is searching for her, he is hit by a car and wakes up in 1973.
